03 — Balancing a swap
Close the gap with Swap Credits
Every member can customize the credit amount on a swap during negotiations — free and TBE+ alike. If the item you want is worth more than the one you’re offering, add Swap Credits on top of your trade to even things out. Both sides agree on the number before the swap is accepted, and the credits are transferred automatically from the requester’s wallet to the owner’s at that moment.
Value not quite even?
Swapping a gently used blush for a barely touched palette? The trade doesn’t have to be a perfect match.
Add Swap Credits
Attach any amount of Swap Credits to your offer — say 25 — to make up the difference on the higher-value item.
Negotiate, then trade
Either member can adjust the credit amount while the offer is pending. Credits move to the owner’s wallet the moment the swap is accepted.
Example: your $18 serum for their $45 palette — add 25 Swap Credits to your offer and the owner gets both the swap and the credits. Need more? Top up with any Swap Credits package below.
